The Park covers a area of approx 7.6 acres, including a large children's play area.
The freehold of the Park is owned by Whelpley Hill Park Ltd a company set up to administer the Park on behalf of the residents.
The Park Manager is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Park and
there is a Board of Directors made up from elected residents who meet once a month to discuss issues and development.
The Park has permanent planning permission with the use of the land
restricted to the siting of residential homes.
There is no share capital and all income goes towards the running and maintenance of the Park.
Residents live on the Park with the approval of the Company and are required to enter into an agreement with the Company under the Mobile Homes Act 1983.
We welcome your well-behaved pets on the Park provided they are kept under control and do not cause a nuisance, but no more than two pets.
Environmentally friendliness was introduced in 2011 with the installation on the Park Office roof of an array of 16 solar panels to offset electrical power usage, along with all the Park's street lights being replaced with LEDs to further reduce power consumption.
